I recently had a Craniosacral Therapy session with Heidi Mrazik, and the results were incredible. I’ve had many massages over the years, but the relief I felt in my neck and shoulders after this session was even better — it felt like the tension was released at the root, not just the surface. My head was clearer, my body lighter, and I left feeling both energized and deeply calm. If you’re looking for something that truly helps your body reset and unwind from the inside out, I can’t recommend this enough!

What a beautiful and relaxing treatment ! I felt lighter the entire day and it even helped me get better sleep! Heidi was able to pick up on everything I was feeling which was really cool. I highly recommend her services!
